In today's blog I will discuss the material about Narrative Text........

Batu Menangis is a folklore from the province of West Kalimantan that reminds that beauty will have no meaning if the owner of the face is impudent. Like the legend of the Crying Stone. Starting from a deep sense of disappointment, a mother created a stone located in West Kalimantan.

Batu Menangis tells the story of Darmi, a beautiful but disobedient daughter. Darmi has an arrogant, spoiled, and reluctant character to help her mother. In order to keep her beauty from changing, Darmi's daily life is only filled with bathing, combing, preening, and staying at home. Meanwhile, his mother, a widow who slams bones in the garden every day to support herself and Darmi. Not once did the mother think about her dark skin because she was constantly in the hot sun, or the unpleasant smell of sweating.
